Prices and currency
 
All products are priced in SEK and include Swedish VAT. There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside of Sweden. Millesgården is not responsible for paying these charges.
 
Freight and handling charges
 
The total cost of your order corresponds to the price of the items ordered plus freight and handling charge. The appropriate charge for freight and handling will automatically be added to your order at Check Out when you confirm your delivery address. 

Delivery
 
We will make every effort to dispatch goods within 10 workdays, provided that the goods are in stock. Please note that if you order more than one item, you may receive them in separate parcels.
ATTENTION: Between week 26 - 32 the delivery time can be estimated up to 14 workdays. 
 
Return policy
 
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return the goods in its original packing in salable condition within 14 days from the receipt of the order. Millesgården will repay the value of the added goods after we have received and controlled the goods. Millesgården will not repay delivery and handling charges.
 
If your goods turn up damaged you must notify Millesgården within five workdays of the delivery date, stating the nature of the shortage and/or defects. Failure to notify us on time will deem you to have accepted the goods.
 
Millesgården can not be held responsible for faults or problems that arise as a result of the customer not storing the goods appropriately or damages that have arisen in the transit, assuming that Millesgården have packed the goods correctly. Retain all packing materials and if possible take a photograph of how the goods turned up. Millesgården does not accept responsibility for packages that are lost in the post.
 
Please contact us immediately when receiving goods that are damaged, so we will be able to help you as quickly as possible.

Security

Your online transactions are secured through the DIBS service of payment that Millesgården is using. All online communication between the web shop and your bank is handled by DIBS and are therefore encrypted through SSL.
 
Thereby Millesgården does not have access to the card information and cannot register or store your information.
